Metro
The venue, Al Nasr Club , can be accessed by the Dubai Metro Green Line. The station is Oud Mehta, and it is a 8-10 min walk from the venue.
However, the Dubai Metro line is limited in its reach. Please check in advance whether it is accessible to your accommodation, in particular whether is can be accessed by foot. You can see the metro guide here
Taxi/Uber
Taxis are generally more affordable in Dubai than other international cities and are a useful way for getting around the city.
Uber can be used in Dubai, and the drivers are professional drivers, with the cars solely used for uber rides.
The local service is Careem and RTA government taxis which can be booked via their respective apps.
